We offer twelve Fully Serviced R.V. Sites (no shower facilities) in our amazing ocean front RV park. Our sites can accommodate R.V.s up to 40 feet long as well as a personal vehicle and each have their own comfort stations. There is an additional larger comfort station as well as coin laundry facilities provided for the convenience of our guests. Watch the whales and birds play from your own outdoor living room! All twelve sites have three-way 30 AMP service.

Full serviced ocean view R.V. site (no shower facilities). All sites have three-way 30 AMP service with parking to accommodate up to a 40 foot long RV and a personal vehicle. Rates are based per RV. Free wireless internet access is available from most sites or in the comfort of our lobby. Coin laundry facilities on site.
Occupancy:
Included in the published rate is 2 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 2 guests).
Cancellations:
In addition to this website's cancellation policy, a 10% cancellation fee applies to all room cancellations. Two weeks notice is required for full refund less the 10% fee. Less than two weeks notice, a 50% fee will be charged. If the site is re-rented, a refund will be given, less the 10% fee.
Administration policy on refunds: This site's administration policy on refunds: 10% of the total paid+ $3.00 booking fee is non-refundable. Refunds on remaining balance to be negotiated directly w/property owner subject to their policy.

Complimentary wireless internet available from most of our RV sites or also in the comfort of our lobby.

There is a beach just a short walk from the RV Park and a playground for the children on site. Enjoy the open fire pit and the spectacular views from our gazebo.

Boat tours are available just down the road. Hike the East Coast Trail just minutes away.
